Standard Stuff
This is a 2013 Ural, two-wheel drive, with the front disc brake and rear drums. The previous owner traded in on a 2023 Ural Gear Up. We've ridden this one to check it out and everything feels good so far. We also performed the rim recall (required for all 2012-2017 Urals) and replaced the original tires with new Duro HF308 tires.
We also replaced the sidecar windscreen's apron (new one is not in the photos) because it looked like the old apron had shrunk, pulling the windscreen into a taller angle.
The odometer reads 5,582 km as of 6/28/2024.
Options/ Accessories
- Tall sidecar/passenger windscreen
Reverse Gear
In addition to a 4 speed transmission, every Ural comes with a mechanical reverse gear.
749cc
The 749cc engine, combined with powerful low end torque, is the perfect size to compliment the steering dynamics of the all steel sidecar. This particular bike, which is carbureted, cruises pretty well at 55 mph; we haven't tested the top speed.
